Please ensure that the garments are unworn, unwashed, and retain all original tags and packaging to be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Once your request is submitted, our team will review the details and schedule a reverse pickup within 24-48 hours.

Hand over the securely packed garment to our courier partner; ensure the invoice is included and the package is sealed.
